Reservation Policy

To make a reservation for Easy Riders JC tours and bicycle rentals, booking in advance is strongly recommended. A credit card authorization is required for bicycle rentals and tour reservation.

Refund/Rescheduling Policy

We offer refunds for reservations cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled event. Rescheduling dates subject to availability. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are charged in full. No-Shows on tour dates are charged in full.  It is your responsibility to be at the designated location on the correct date and time.

Weather Policy

The tours usually run in light rain and other moderate weather conditions. Easy Riders JC  may cancel any activity up to an hour before the start time due to severe/unsafe weather conditions. Refunds and rescheduling available.

Other Policies

Upon arrival participants must sign a waiver before riding. Participants under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign for them. Helmets are strongly recommended for all riders; however, in New Jersey, anyone under 17 years of age that rides a bicycle or is a passenger on a bicycle must wear a safety helmet.

If rental is brought back 15 minutes past scheduled return time, it counts as an extra hour.

Easy Riders JC assumes no responsibility for any sickness, theft, road closures, weather conditions or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
